St. Louis, MO – August 4, 2025 – Sansone Group is pleased to announce a new build-to-suit project for Palmer Logistics in Midlothian, Texas, part of the Dallas MSA. The facility will span 269,700 square feet on 26.5 acres and will be fully leased to Palmer for hazardous material storage and distribution.
Palmer Logistics is a fourth-generation, Houston-based third-party logistics provider operating 13 facilities across Texas. This BTS project represents the inaugural deal in a programmatic funding initiative designed by Sansone Group for 3PL operators within the IWLA network.
